This series is my occasional countdown to Anime Weekend Atlanta. I’ve done it two or three times with varying levels of success, and I am once again embarking on a quest to spend 100 days writing 100 posts about anime, manga, animation, comics, film, and conventions. We’ll see what happens.

Currently Watching: Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
I wanted a fresh start on keeping an anime list. I was never very diligent about maintaining my MAL. There are items on that list that I don’t remember watching, items I don’t remember planning to watch. I go years without touching it, even when I am actively watching anime.
I would like to use MAL. It’s nostalgic and clunky and comprehensive. And I probably will, but not today. As it turns out, cleaning house on MAL seems to be more work than I’m prepared to do today.
And why shouldn’t it be? I haven’t unwatched those shoes or unread those manga. Nevertheless, I want a clean slate. That in mind, I set up an Anilist, and right now it has one show. I like starting from scratch.
Short post tonight because I am trying to think ahead. In a few days I will go from moderately busy to very busy until sometime in November so I need a little more structure to this challenge. I’m going to take some time tonight and tomorrow to build out tools and flesh out some ideas.
